Orders & Shipping:

Due to difficutly in shipping a trailer and oversized inventory we do not offer shipping in all areas of the USA.We can in some cases assist in finding a driver to transport a trailer to you. We are also more than willing to assist or load you or your hired transporter. If transportation is arrange by or with the Riverside Boot & Saddle, we do require the cost of transportation to be paid in full prior to delivery. 

Deposit on Trailers

If you wish to put a hold on a trailer that you see on the website please call us at 208-684-4328. Open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Saturday  - Email - kenneth@riversidebootandsaddle.com

First we need to verify that we still have the unit in-stock -- (It helps if you have a stock # off the units listing) 

Then we can place a deposit can then hold a trailer.

That deposit amount will be based on lenght of time you plan to have it held, price of the unit, and the demand for the trailer or number of units we have in-stock. 

Deposits normally range between $100 - $1000 and are non-refundable. If we need to, we can apply the deposit to a diffrent unit if you choose to do so. To cancel the purchase the purchaser forfits that deposit. 

If additional accessories are added those items need to be paid for in full before installs. If accessories are added and the customer wishes to cancel his purchase those items are non returnable after install.

Store clothing and boots have a seprate policy. - ask for details 

Trailers- Trailers and Truck beds after they are installed or pulled home would be considered used and will be returned with a restock fee or as a Trade-In.
