How do I get the extra 4" of drop out of this hitch?

Remove the hitch from the receiver, remove the pins and socket head screw, flip the swing arm into the stowed orientation away from the pin block, reinstall the screw, and invert the arm around to the front. This grants an additional 4" of drop.
Can I use a sway-bar with the Tow & Stow?
No. Sway-bar systems and weight distribution systems utilize specialized attachment pieces that connect directly to the hitch receiver, which are not compatible with the Tow & Stow design.
