The lower portion features a .125 aluminum corrosion zone, utilizing a low-maintenance aluminum skirt and toolboxes to completely eliminate the risk of corrosion and hinges freezing up.

- 3-Year Aluminum Structural Limited Warranty: Covers structural defects on aluminum flatbeds, including cracking, weld failures, extrusions, decking, and the headache rack.
- 2-Year Steel Structural Limited Warranty: Covers structural defects on steel flatbeds, including weld failures, decking, and the headache rack.
- 2-Year Paint Finish Warranty: Hillsboro steel products are epoxy-primed and finished with a premium polyurethane. The paint is warranted directly by PPG against premature peeling or flaking.
- Third-Party Components: Any individual components not manufactured directly by Hillsboro are covered by the warranties provided by their respective original manufacturers.
